Krupuk, kerupuk, or kroepoek in (Indonesia); Keropok in (Malaysia); bánh phồng tôm in Vietnam; prawn crackers in British English, shrimp chips or shrimp crackers in American English; is a popular snack in parts of East and Southeast Asia. Krupuk are deep fried crackers usually made from minced prawn meat (or other types of seafood) mixed with a powdered starch like sago or tapioca. Our final products are often un-fried round or rectangle pellets as the raw materials for snacks producers to make ready-to-eat snacks.

Ingredients: Tapioca Flour, Fresh cuttlefish, Sugar, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), Sodium Hydrogen Carbonat, Citric Acid, Garlic, other spices (Pepper, Onion, Chilli) Usage:
1) Oil for frying: Soak chips in cooking oil at the temperature of 160 to180 degrees and then take out quickly when the chips just turn brown yellow and swell. 2) To roast on Viba Oven: Use the Viba oven at the rate of micro power (capacity 600 to1000w) from 40 to 60 seconds. This is very appropriate usage to people who are on a diet from fatty substance. 3) Soup Cooking: Boil 100g of chips in 3 to 5 minutes. Prepare for 300ml hot soup and then fill into the bowl together with boiled chips, shallot, bean sprouts, pork (or beef, chicken meat) and other favorite spices for your best serving.
